We work together as a team with our carefully-selected local suppliers to put on the wedding of your dreams. Our partners provide an exceptional service, they know Penhein well and we know we can rely on them to make sure your celebrations run smoothly.

Reception tent: Cotswold Tipis – The guys behind the giant tipi and bell tents. Experts in creating magical spaces under canvas.

Reception catering: The Hogfather – Free range meat roast accompanied by a fabulous choice of salads, canapes and puddings.  Deleicious Vegetarian and Vegan menu options also available.  Served by a friendly and experienced team and led by the wonderful Kate.

Reception drinks: Fingal RockMonmouth-based merchants of high quality, fair-priced wines from small family estates. Don’t be fooled by the website, the wines are spectacular!

Shepherd’s hut loos: The Convenience CompanyLuxury portable shepherd’s hut loos clad in wood panelling with smart painted wooden interiors.

You can also add your own personal touch to the Penhein packages by booking optional extras from other suppliers – we have a Recommended Local Suppliers list that includes florists, photographers, cake-makers, DJs and bands and bell tent villages. We’ll gladly share it with you once you’re booked in. You are also welcome to source other options including anything from food trucks and cocktail vans to ice-cream bicycles – we are happy to discuss any ideas with you.
