We are delighted that Kate Thomas and her team from The Hogfather can bring a delcious hog roast to Penhein. This is a free range shoulder of pork with crispy crackling, herb stuffing, homemade apple sauce, chive mayonnaise and freshly baked rolls. You can add on a selection of four different outstanding salads on request. The price includes good quality recyclable paper plates, napkins and wooden knives and forks. The Hogfather prides itself on attention to detail, only sourcing meat from free range, local farmers that care about the wellbeing of their livestock and using seasonal produce to create exciting cuisine that is crammed full of colour and flavour.
