The wonderful team from Wye Valley Archery are offering courses at Penhein for the first time and we are thrilled to welcome them. They cater for all standards, so if you want to try it out here is the perfect opportunity. By the way, aside from being a great hobby and hugely enjoyable, archery boasts a lot of health benefits too! These include keeping your mind sharp and improving your upper body strength, so you can have fun and improve your health, what’s not to like?
