Age

Price
£95 per head
Numbers
Minimum 8, maximum 15
Duration
4 ½ hours - 5 ½ hours

Set off to explore the wild wonders of Penhein, searching the woods, meadows and streams for a multitude of wild edibles – from fruits to fungi, foliage to flowers, herbs, vegetables, roots & spices! You will learn how to find and identify a range of ingredients (different each time, according to the season) and you will then take your treasure back to base, where your wild harvest will be added to your feast of some delicious, partly pre-prepared dishes provided by your forager for the day, (either the wonderful Adele or Chloe, brilliant and well known foragers both!). Your meal will be cooked over one of Penhein’s firepits while you hear more about foraging and fabulous foods, and it will be washed down with some wild cordials. If you would like, you can also pick for yourself along the way and take home a basketfull of wild edibles to share with family & friends. Children always welcome!
