Woodland weddings at Penhein are a magical, one of a kind occasion. Come together with family and friends for a special celebration at our beautiful glampsite in Monmouthshire, South Wales.

Weddings come in many different guises and in this case Penhein is perfect for small, intimate weddings (sometimes called Micro Weddings), or vow renewals for 50-60 guests**. Just like our glamping, woodland weddings at Penhein offer something a little different. Nestled in amongst the trees in the centre of Penhein Farm is the gorgeous glampsite itself. This comes complete with a stunning stretch marquee dining and party space and an additional all-purpose indoor space, ideal for the bridal party preparations or perhaps as a chill-out space for guests. 

Offering the freedom to curate the wedding celebration of your dreams, Penhein is a blank canvas on which to work your own magic. A wedding party at Penhein means no marquees to book or accommodation to worry about as they are all part of the package, as is the breathtaking scenery and stunning countryside all around. 

** An additional 20 guests can stay at the glampsite on request. These guests can be day guests or in bell tents or camping on the Wildflower Meadow. 70 is Penhein’s wedding maximum capacity. If your guest list is over 50 there will be a small charge per person.

 Overview 

Our arrangement is simple, you book the glampsite and then have the freedom to create the wedding of your dreams.

• Penhein is a licensed wedding venue
• Exclusive hire covers the glampsite accommodation and is complete with our two communal spaces
• The site is on a dry hire basis so you can choose your own suppliers and decorate the site to any theme you wish 
• The stretch marquee (Chehel Sotoun) and additional communal tent (Petro) are part of the package at no additional cost  
• All guests can stay at the glampsite, either in the alachigh tents, camping or in bell tents
