Getting around

This photo indicates the type of vehicle that would be used to take visitors round the property, seating six passengers. It is open to improve the view and allow visitors more exposure to the habitats being visited.
As a result, it is possible to view a number of interesting areas, as the property has three types of soil, faces in all directions and varies between 800 feet above sea level down to about 350 feet. It has at least two archeological sites one being pre Roman (see below) and the other apparently being platform houses, currently being excavated.

Adjacent to the property is a 17th Century village, which is being reconstructed (and open to the public) but is no longer owned by the Penhein estate. See filming section.
