Filming at Penhein
Penhein has close links with the Bullace Hill project (www.grayhill.org) , having sold the plot of land to the founders of the project in 19xx. Subsequently, the site has been painstakingly rebuilt to reflect how a village would have been in the 17th Century.
In 2004-5 Lion Television (www.lion.co.uk) produced Tales from the Green Valley for BBC Two - an eight part series documenting life in the 17th century and covering a broad range of topics.
The farm itself is also well-placed for film locations, with a substantial barn and traditional stables in the yard area:

There are spectacular views across the Severn estuary...

... as well as rolling fields which show no signs of modern development.

Finally, there are a number of ancient woodlands, all of which can be accessed by four wheel drive vehicle.
